Position Overview:
As a Skilled Labourer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our skilled team with various construction tasks. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the desire to learn the trade.

Currently we are looking for skilled workers in a variety of trades such as Mud & Tape, or painters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with various construction projects, including but not limited to site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
- Maintaining a clean and organized worksite to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Learning from experienced team members and actively participating in on-the-job training sessions.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the well-being of yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

- A willingness to engage in physical work and handle various tasks in a construction setting.
- At least two years experience in the field.
- Interest in learning the construction trade and growing within the company.
- Punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old
- Lift heavy materials (30-50 lbs.)

Previous construction experience will be considered when determining the wage in the job offer. This is negotiable.
