**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing construction sites by cleaning, removing debris, and loading/unloading materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
- Perform basic carpentry, masonry, and concrete work as required.
- Support tradespeople with framing, roofing, service calls and other building tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project objectives are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a skilled labourer in the construction industry. Five years minimum of on-site experience, preferably more. If you do not have experience within the construction industry, this position is not for you. This is not a general labourer position.
- Proficiency in operating various hand and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
