Who We Are

We're a renovation company entering our 10th year in business.

What started as small repair work — drywall patches, painting, flooring — has grown into full-scale renovations and additions.

We're expanding again and looking for the right person to grow with us long-term.

The Role: Skilled Labourer (Full-Time)

You'll be working closely with our Lead Handyman/Handywoman, supporting a variety of residential renovation and repair jobs.

Every day is different — meaning you'll never be bored.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the work van from our storage site to each job location
  • Maintain tools & materials, keep the van stocked and organized
  • Assist with back-framing, subfloor patching, and general carpentry prep
  • Minor drywall repair and prep/patching
  • Painting and finishing tasks
  • Install vanities & small cabinetry
  • Baseboard & trim installation
  • Help with service calls, touch-ups, and punch list items

You'll be hands-on, learning new techniques and contributing to projects from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

  • Some construction or renovation experience
  • Comfortable using common tools and materials
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Someone interested in long-term growth within our company
  • Valid driver's license (you'll be driving the company van)

Basic Tools Needed

Hammer, drill & impact, tape measure, knife, and general hand tools.

Compensation

$25–$30 per hour, based on skills and experience
