Dental Office Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced and friendly dental office manager at our high tech clinic located in Oakville, ON

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and supervise a team of front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Achieving and exceeding annual revenue budgets.
- Reinvigorating our patient base with unscheduled hygiene appointments.
- Supporting ongoing management of pre-booking appointments.
- Enhancing staff efficiency through a strategic staffing approach.
- Collaborating on a dental supply strategy with both the team and external vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of proven leadership experience, ideally in a dental setting.

- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a front office setting.**_
- Experience with Dentrix
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with payroll processing and basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees.
