Our Busy Dental Office is looking for an Amazing Dental assistant to Join our team

Cerec and Dentrix Experience is ideal

**Hours**

**Monday 9-5**

**Tuesday 11-8**

**Wed 9-6**

**Thurs 9-6**

**Friday 9-5**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Assist dental professionals during procedures as needed, including preparing instruments and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment, including treatment areas.
- Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix for managing patient information effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, with knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, or dental assisting being a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to dentistry is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with patients of all ages.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and appointments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
