**Summary**

Navius Research is a Vancouver-based consulting firm, comprised of environmental-economists who conduct cutting edge modeling for high profile clients across Canada. Our work plays a key role informing the development of energy and climate change policy. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized **Office Manager** to support our management team (3 Partners and Managing Director), and provide general office administration assistance.

This is a part-time role with an estimated effort of 18-25 hours per week. Our preference is for our Office Manager to work shorter hours 4-5 days a week, rather than full-time hours 2-3 days a week, so that there is consistency in their ability to support our team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Take care of various administrative tasks including but not limited to: invoicing, cheque deposits, accounts receivable, coordination with accountant, expenses, reconcile staff vacation hours, company insurance renewal, group benefits administration, contract review, website maintenance, organize company events, travel arrangements, new hire onboarding, and more
- Oversee daily office operations (collect mail, order supplies, arrange repairs for office equipment, etc.).
- Ad-hoc administrative support to Partners, Managing Director and staff (lunch reservations, conference registration, mail donation cheques, etc.).
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure the office environment is functional and well-maintained.

**Your talents**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High integrity, proactive, well organized, confident, great at prioritization, problem-solver, deadline oriented, friendly, positive attitude.
- Team player that also demonstrates high performance while working independently.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar role.
