**Building maintenance worker/ Technicien de maintenance**

Le bureau principal de **Future Electronics** à Pointe-Claire embauche un technicien de maintenance. Nous cherchons un individuel avec un bon esprit d’équipe, qui réagit sur l’urgence de la situation et possédant de la flexibilité pour joindre notre équipe. Relevant au gestionnaire de l’établissement, le technicien de maintenance est responsable de travaux mineur de plomberie/ électriques, peinture et vérification préventive.

**Responsabilités**:
Installer, réparer et maintenir des tuyauteries

Examiner et maintenir des appareils électriques, des équipes comme les climatiseurs, les appareils de cuisine, les téléviseurs, les réfrigérateurs, etc.

Examiner et maintenir les infrastructures (portes, fenêtres, murs, toiture...)

Effectuer révision de routine comme la réparation des ampoules, le maintien du câblage et des circuits et d’autres tâches connexes.

Vérifier la fonctionnalité des systèmes de ventilation.

Vérifier l’état de la peinture sur le bureau et appliquer les améliorations en les zones requises dans le bâtiment.

Effectuer services d’entretien du terrain comme le déneigement.

**Qualification**

Avoir une connaissance générale de la plomberie, de l’électricité, et de la peinture.

Expérience avec d’outils manuels et électriques.

Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en entretien des bâtiments/bureau.

Anglais et/ou Français. Communication écrite et verbale sont requises

**Position Overview**

**Future Electronics** corporate office in Pointe-Claire is hiring a **Maintenance worker.** We are looking for a team player with a strong sense of urgency and flexibility to join our team. Reporting to the facilities manager, the **Maintenance worker** is responsible for minor plumbing/electrical work, painting, and preventive check-Ups.

**Responsibilities**

Install, repair, and maintain pipes.

Verify and maintain electrical appliances, such as air conditioners, kitchen appliances, televisions, refrigerators, etc.

Verify and maintain infrastructure (doors, windows, walls, roof...)

Check the functionality of ventilation systems.

Perform routine improvements for light bulbs, maintaining wiring and circuitry, and other related tasks.

Perform grounds maintenance services such as snow removal.

**Qualifications**

Knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and painting.

Experience with handling work

Minimum 2 years of experience in building/office maintenance.

English and/or French. Written and verbal communication are required
