**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the success of Carleton’s International Students within the employment program and partnerships through effective delivery of all aspects of programming for undergraduate international students, seeking placements. Advise on employment practices to employers and support as students transition into the workplace. Works with employer and community partners to support international students in their pursuit of career development and resources.

**Qualifications**:
The incumbent must possess the following qualifications:

- Knowledge of the technologies used to facilitate and continuously improve delivery of co-op student educational and support services
- Familiarity with student development theory, student engagement practices and pedagogy as it relates to Co-operative Education
- Knowledge of career advising and labour market trends
- Knowledge of co-op rules and regulations
- Knowledge of operational management practices including project management planning, and human resources
- Knowledge of relevant governing legislation, collective agreements, policies and procedures
- Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
- Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices
- Knowledge is used to lead projects
- Requires highly developed organizational skills and strong professional judgement.

**Education and Experience**:
The above is normally acquired through the completion of:

- Completion of undergraduate degree
- Minimum of three years of previous experience in related field
