**Responsibilities**
As an Operations Coordinator, they will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships. They will be the face of EHN Bellwood Toronto and will have a wide range of responsibilities aimed at supporting the smooth operation of the organization.
- Ensure all visitors and clients are checking in upon arrival and departure.
- Work with the admissions, intake team and MSW to ensure proper bed allocation.
- Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives.
- Track project timelines and milestones.
- Research and compile data as needed for reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with staff, external vendors or stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of events including holiday events, team building, cultural events, charity events etc.
- Help provide clear communication with clients when required, by assisting with overhead announcements, and maintaining digital screens with updated programing.
- Assist in the success and growth of the Wellness Centre (chiropractic, physiotherapy, RMT, acupuncture) scheduling appointments, accepting payment and producing clients with invoice/receipts for their insurance.
- Overall, this position plays a vital role creating a supportive environment and streamlining operations.
**Qualifications**
- Education in Mental Health field (social work or health administration) is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse communities, interact compassionately and effectively with clients, families and staff.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with the commitment to collaborate and demonstrate good teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to troubleshoot computer issues is an asset.
