**Position Details**:
**What You Will Do**
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective business support
- Test and deploy new enhancements as requested by the business and vendors
- Create and update documentation for new and existing processes or procedures
- Perform ongoing system maintenance and monitoring in adherence to service level agreements
- Collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams
- Work independently, continuously learning and exploring new technologies
- Identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure escalation procedures are followed and document all exceptions within your authority
- Coordinate with external vendors to maintain system integrations

**Who You Are**
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Linux, Java, Tomcat, and SQL
- Experience supporting Roadside Dispatch or CRM systems; Roadside industry knowledge is an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Server (2012/2016/2019) and Windows 10
- Experience with tools such as Pingdom, Dynatrace, SCOM, and Twilio is an asset
- Understanding of networks and networking components
- Exposure to the full development lifecycle (requirements through to support) is an asset
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to support internal stakeholders effectively
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience interacting with vendors for technical support
- Willingness to work on-call during evenings, weekends, or after hours
