We are a sales development and digital marketing agency based in Vancouver and Toronto. We help businesses grow by becoming their outsourced sales team. We are hiring an Account Manager who will strategize on client accounts and ensure campaign performance targets are met.

The position is full-time, and it is remote. For this reason, we are looking for someone autonomous, takes initiative, and takes ownership of their role.

- Salary: 55-60k Base, 15k guarantee bonus, with an OTE of 90k

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with SDRs and Researchers to meet client expectations
- Strategize on outbound sales campaigns to exceed performance metrics
- Meet with clients to present campaign analytics, recommendations, and plans
- Upsell clients on upgrading their service packages
- Suggest targeted lead searches using various tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo etc.)
- Stay up to date with the latest outbound sales tactics, strategies and tools to implement creative ideas

Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience in a client-facing role and client relationship management
- Excellent time management skills to be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Able to understand complex technology and SaaS products
- Attention to detail
- Coachable, eager to learn and can both give and receive constructive feedback

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
