**Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Appraise vehicles and assess fair market value
- Source and purchase inventory for retail sale
- Merchandize and price used vehicle inventory for in-store and online display
- Work with internal departments to have vehicles reconditioned and prepared for sale
- Monitor showroom traffic and online lead handling
- Provide coaching and support to sales advisors and assist in closing deals
- Audit website and online marketplaces ensuring listing accuracy
- Monitor vehicle aging and make appropriate selling decisions
- Drive the performance of the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Work with new vehicle manager to operate overall sales department

**Education / Experience**:

- Minimum Grade 12 or GED (required)
- Three years automotive sales management experience (preferred)
- Five or more years automotive dealership experience (required)
- Ontario G Driver's License with clean driving abstract (required)
- Valid OMVIC License (required)
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office (required), PBS (preferred), and V-Auto (preferred)

**Benefits / Remuneration**:

- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle

- Total annual compensation between $80,000 - $130,000 CAD
