- To be considered for this position you must be a registered Apprentice in the trade of Steamfitter-Pipefitter
- Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
- Experience on major industrial project sites
- The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
- Must be organized, self-driven, and have ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
- Must have experience working in a fabrication shop at a table. Fabricating off of Acorn cutsheets
- Interpreting drawings and piping details
- Detail orientated and able to work with Imperial and metric measurements.

Tasks may include:

- Pickling stainless
- Cutting pipe with Chop Saw/ Zip cutting
- Lifting/ moving material in shop
- Grinding/ beveling pipe
- Bridge tacking carbon/stainless steel
- Loading positioners
- Picking material
- Process piping and equipment installations
- Threading, Cutting, Grooving, Bending, Measuring of piping
- Hydrostatic testing of installed piping systems
- Ensuring safe work practices, EH&S processes, and OH&S compliance are followed on site

Have the following tickets:

- CSTS-09 or CSTS 2020
- WHMIS 2015
