**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, facilitate transactions, and ensure a positive experience at our store. Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of automotive tint, rust protection, ceramic coating, and paint protection film will be essential in addressing customer needs and selling our services. You will also help new car dealerships in the Markham-Stouffville surrounding area to coordinate the timeline of their daily work at our store.

We are looking for an individual that has flexibility in terms of working hours throughout the week to help us expand our operating hours as soon as possible.

**Duties**
- Greet customers and answer dealership phone calls warmly and professionally, while also assisting them with their inquiries regarding our services and their appointments.
- Provide detailed information about products and services offered.
- Handle cash and Square terminal transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain a very clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely service and that all orders are fulfilled correctly.
- Address customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction is achieved.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the system for future reference.
- Pick up and drop off new vehicles at new car dealerships when needed
- Clean the shop as necessary (take out garbage, mop floors, vacuum floors, clean displays and counters)

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially within a dealership/automotive environment.
- **Required** Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly desirable; mechanical knowledge will be an asset.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to sell products or services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in cash handling is beneficial; must demonstrate integrity and accuracy in financial transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
