Vivacity Medical Centre is a leader in combining regenerative, holistic approaches with advanced aesthetic medicine. We are expanding with multiple clinic locations and are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee our growing number of clinics, ensuring operational excellence and unified high standards of patient care.

**Position Overview**

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations of our various clinic locations, coordinating with each locations Medical Managers. Your role involves ensuring each clinic operates efficiently and consistently, reflecting our high standards of patient care and service.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Multi-Clinic Operations Management**
- Oversee operations across various clinic locations, ensuring they function cohesively and efficiently.
- Work in conjunction with Clinic Medical Managers to align practices and operational strategies.

**Staff Management and Development**
- Coordinate staff management activities, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations across all clinics.
- Aid in ensuring consistent staff support and development throughout our clinics.

**Patient Experience and Service**
- Manage patient scheduling, flow, and satisfaction across all clinic locations.
- Implement and monitor service improvements uniformly in all clinics.

**Compliance and Quality Across Clinics**
- Ensure each clinic location adheres to healthcare regulations and maintains high service standards.

**Strategic Planning for Multiple Locations**
- Participate in strategic planning impacting all clinic locations.
- Coordinate with accounting team to optimize budgeting for each clinic.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare setting with multiple locations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion for Medical Aesthetics.
- Psychically able to lift 30lbs
- Divers License

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mississauga, ON (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
