**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Leverage both inbound leads and outbound activities through proactive and creative prospecting
- Perform research to provide account insights and identify key stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams to support the development of solutions to meet client’s needs
- Virtually showcase our software to prospective clients
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to identify and source prospective clients
- Understand the needs and goals of each client to best align them with the best solution
- Provide excellent customer service with each point of contact, and reach out multiple times to each lead to drive connection
- Immediately follow up with potential customers to arrange or facilitate a sales driven call (e.g., Price Quotes, Pilot discussion)

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Able to work autonomously, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 3-5 years’ previous experience in Sales or Marketing
- Previous experience in ecommerce business to consumer sales, courier specific is an asset
- May have a degree in business, marketing or another related field
- Demonstrate professionalism & integrity with highly confidential & sensitive information;
- Strong computer skills-Microsoft Office products.
- Must have effective interpersonal skills, effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience in transportation, operations or logistics an asset

**WORKPLACE AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have vehicle; local travel will be required
