Salary / Compensation
The following outlines the compensation for the Inside Sales Representative position.
- $55,000.00- $65,000.00 Salary
- $10,000-$20,000+ Bonus Structure
- 2 weeks’ vacation, 2 weeks shutdown at Christmas (total 4 weeks)
- Mobile phone allowance
- Company benefits after 3 months
- Probation period - 3 months
Essential Functions
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders and establish new accounts.
- Follow up and track leads through to completion.
- Comfortable and willing to lead training / product knowledge sessions.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Selling product using high morals and ethics in line with company values.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customer.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, etc.

Physical Demands
While this position does not require it regularly, some physical work will be required and expected.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Travel can usually be completed during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel will be expected.
Required
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
