**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure safe and clean working environment
- Ensure material is processed as per customer requirements
- Identification and handling of all outgoing inventory is done properly
- Identify material defects and report information to Quality Rep. & Buyer
- Ensure information produced on AS400 system is correct
- Monitor all inventory levels for safe storage
- Ensure all saw operations are done correctly and in a timely fashion
- Operate and maintain forklift, side loaders and cranes
- Assist order pickers & loaders as required
- Follow all ISO & Health & Safety procedures

**Education & Certifications**:

- Grade 12 education or equivalent

**Qualifications**:

- Computer skills (AS400 preferred)
- People / Communication skills
- Plant knowledge
- Familiar with OSHA regulations
- Knowledge of equipment / product is an asset
- Familiar with ISO and QS9000 quality standards
- Ability to read and write
