**Short Description**:
The Pricing Execution team works in partnership with the Pricing Strategy team to deliver price plans and promotional offers that drive sales and revenue targets in a fast paced, highly competitive marketplace. This position provides an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile, dynamic and challenging environment with opportunities to develop and manage pricing solutions for Bell Mobility and Virgin brands.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Pricing Execution, the Pricing Specialist will act as a liaison between the wireless service pricing team and the Client Care and Sales Channel teams. In this role, the specialist will investigate escalations that come to the pricing team to determine root causes of issues and direct to the appropriate team for resolution. The specialist will also work with the pricing teams to help implement new processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the build process and resolution of outstanding issues in a timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending daily and weekly calls with Client Care and Sales Channels to review escalations to pricing
- Investigating issues to determine root cause and refer to appropriate pricing teams for resolution
- Identifying trends and learnings that can be shared with the greater execution teams for immediate action or for future system development
- Managing various short-term projects throughout the year intended to improve the client experience
- Ongoing management of the Pricing Resolution portfolio ensuring our Care teams have access to the pricing tools required to resolve client escalations.
- Extracting and analyzing data

**Critical Qualifications**:

- University degree with a Business, Marketing, or Mathematics and/or related discipline
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives at the same time
- Excellent investigative skills
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of the evolving competitive telecom environment
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
