Description Job Summary: In collaboration with our Sales and Customer Service teams, the Pricing and Billing Specialist will facilitate the application of price lists, customer promotional programs, and special discounts to ensure correct pricing is applied to all customer orders. Investigate issues and respond to Billing inquiries. This position reports to the Billing Supervisor.Compensation: $50 - $53K depending on experienceBenefitsHealth Insurance (includes Virtual Health, and HCSA)Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsuranceLong-term DisabilityShort-term DisabilityRRSP MatchPaid VacationFloating DaysEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Engagement EventsAwards and RecognitionTuition reimbursementService AwardsEmployee Perks & DiscountsJob ResponsibilitiesProcess daily invoicing activities for assigned customer portfolio by attaching the appropriate price lists, customer promotional program and special discounts to system generated sales orders.Review the invoices generated by our JD Edwards ERP system and release for distribution to customers.Process price adjustments, sales and warranty creditsEngage both the Customer Service and Sales teams as required to ensure correct pricing is in place for the invoicing activities.Manage up front pricing in the system by obtaining price lists and program specifics from the Sales team.QualificationsHigh School or College graduateMust have at least 1 year of relevant experienceExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office productsExperience with JD Edwards/Oracle an assetAbility to work in a fast paced, high volume environmentGreat time- management skills, with ability to multi task and prioritizeSelf-starter with the ability to identify issues and escalate them accordingly and appropriatelyHighly effective Team Player with the ability to communicate with all audiencesBenefits of Employment: IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
