Production Team Manager

The Production Talent Manager is responsible for Line Managing and mentoring the Junior Production team. Working with the Head of Production and local CPMs to ensure the team is following best practices. Helping set training agendas and training targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the CS Manager, Producers, CPM, SPMs, DPMs, Division Managers and Local Head of Production to evaluate the needs of each show and crew it accordingly.
- Work with the Line Producers, Coordinators and Production Assistants on their progression, conduct performance reviews. With oversite from the GHOPP conducting salary reviews.
- Conduct regular catch-ups with the LPs, PCs and PAs to offer them mentorship, support, as well as positive and constructive feedback.
- Work with the current Line Producers, Coordinators and Production Assistants on making sure they are successfully completing their role. Working with the trainers & local CPM to fill gaps in knowledge.
- Collaborate with CPM and trainers to carry out analysis of training needs across the business ensuring appropriate training material and courses are designed and implemented. Ensuring career development and growth within the Production team
- Manage seating for Production and Show teams.
- Organize Production outings.
