At Kif Kif, we’re building something special, a high-end Mediterranean kitchen with heart, edge, and sharp execution. We're inspired by tradition, but we don’t follow the rules too strictly. **Who you are**
You know your way around the line. You move fast but you care about doing things right. You can handle the heat and the rush, but you don’t cut corners. You give a sh*t about flavor and about working clean. You’re not looking for just any kitchen job, you want to be part of a team that takes pride in the work.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Prepping and cooking dishes that highlight real Mediterranean ingredients and flavours
- Working the line during service, clean, focused, on point
- Keeping your station tight and your timing tighter
- Helping with daily prep, cleaning, and closing
- Tasting, adjusting, and constantly improving
- Jumping in wherever you’re needed
- Communicating clearly, we move fast and have each other’s backs
**What we’re looking for**
- At least a year or two of solid kitchen experience in a high traffic busy restaurant
- Comfortable with knife work, heat, seasoning, and plating
- Someone who shows up on time, focused, and ready to work
- A good attitude, humble, hungry, and team first
- You care about food, period
