**Job Overview**
At Pure Eco Solutions, customer service and satisfaction are our #1 priorities. As a Field Service Technician, your job will be to install, repair, and preform regular maintenance on equipment our customers have purchased. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnose system issues and determine proper solutions.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Foster an opportunity to upsell to existing clientele.
**Qualifications**:

- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
- Field Technician experience preferred (not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
