**À propos du poste**:
Relevant du chef des ressources humaines et de la formation, le spécialiste de la paie et des avantages sociaux sera responsable de la gestion du cycle complet de la paie et des avantages sociaux, de l’indemnisation des accidents du travail, de la soumission des rapports et de la gestion de la facturation des RH.

**Voici à quoi ressemblera votre journée**:

- Effectuez le cycle complet de la paie.
- Vérifier que toutes les données requises pour le traitement de la paie ont été reçues et travailler avec les gestionnaires pour assurer l’approbation en temps opportun des feuilles de temps des employés.
- Produire et émettre des relevés d'emploi, T4, Relevés 1.
- Tenir à jour des dossiers et une documentation détaillée des fonctions de paie pour l'audit interne et externe.
- S'assurer que l'équité salariale est maintenue.
- Produire divers rapports (CNESST, Effectif, ETP, Budget, Statistique Canada, vacances, etc.) et participer à diverses analyses périodiques de la paie.
- Élaborer et tenir à jour le budget annuel de la paie (LE).
- Administrer, tenir à jour les dossiers des employés et répondre aux demandes de renseignements sur la paie.
- Administrer les assurances collectives et les adhésions au programme de retraite.
- Effectuer le suivi administratif de la facturation des assurances collectives et de la CNESST.
- Communiquer l’information sur les avantages sociaux et les programmes de REER aux employés et agir à titre de personne-ressource.
- Agir en tant qu’expert en matière pour Dayforce, résoudre les problèmes actuels, proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations.
- Participer à des projets spéciaux assignés.

**Avez-vous ce qu'il faut?**
- Certificat/diplôme en administration ou dans un domaine connexe
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience des pratiques et du cycle complet de la paie au Canada
- Excellente connaissance de la législation et de la réglementation du domaine
- Solides compétences en analyse et en gestion du temps
- Orienté client, autonome, méticuleux avec un haut niveau de précision
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Excel intermédiaire ou avancé)
- Expérience de travail avec des logiciels de comptabilité et de paie (Dayforce - un atout)
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication en français et en anglais.

**About the role**:
Reporting to Head of Human Resources and Training, the Payroll and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for management of the complete payroll and benefits cycle, compensation for workplace injuries, submission of reports and management of HR invoicing.

**What your day will look like**:

- Perform the full payroll cycle.
- Verify that all data required for payroll processing has been received and work with managers to ensure timely approval of employee timesheets.
- Produce and issue employment records, T4, Relevés 1.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of payroll functions for internal and external audit.
- Ensure that pay equity is maintained.
- Produce various reports (CNESST, Headcount, FTE, Budget, Statistics Canada, vacations, etc.) and participate in various periodic payroll analyses.
- Elaborate and maintain the yearly, LE payroll budget.
- Administer, keep up-to-date employee files, and respond to payroll inquiries.
- Administer group insurance and retirement program memberships.
- Carry out the administrative follow-up of the invoicing of group insurance and the CNESST.
- Communicate information on benefits and RRSP programs to employees and act as a resource person.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Certificate/Diploma in administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of full payroll processing cycle and practices.
