DESCRIPTION
YOUR ROLE
As a payroll clerk, you will be responsible for gathering, calculating, entering, and verifying payroll data on a daily basis, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. You will organize this information before submitting it, via the computerized system, for the bi-monthly payroll processing. You will also maintain regular communication with employees and supervisors, who are considered internal clients. Additionally, you will perform any other related tasks assigned to you.

Work experience (years) : 3-5 years
Written French : Advanced
Spoken French : Advanced

REQUESTED SKILLS
DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE?
- Professional diploma in secretarial studies, or an equivalent combination of education and/orrelevant experience.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in payroll or any equivalent combination of experience. Theabsence of a diploma may be compensated by more experience.
- Bilingual (English and French). Knowledge of the Cree language is considered an asset.
- Excellent computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Familiarity with Ceridian's Dayforce HCM payroll system is an asset.
- Punctuality and ability to multitask;
- Demonstrates autonomy, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
