**Minimum Requirements**
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience of effectively using complex HRIS including SAP.
- Human Resources Certificate or equivalent through combination of training and/or experience.
- Proficient in designing and managing complex HRIS.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience including:
- Effective communications
- Coaching
- Project management
- Delegation abilities
- High degree of proven professionalism and confidentiality
- High degree of proven accuracy in working with spreadsheets and employee information
**Other Assets**
- HRIS experience within the Nova Scotia Public School System
- Experience in contract and collective agreement administration.
- Training and/or experience in effective management
- CPHR designation
