Iron Will Raw is a leading pet food manufacturer dedicated to pet health and nutrition. Our small, mission-driven team is built on high standards, collaboration, and a hands-on approach to everything we do - including quality.

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who is ready to lead quality systems, contribute directly on the floor, and grow with us. This is a working manager role - ideal for someone with strong QA experience who’s ready for independent leadership. You’ll be the sole Quality employee at our St. Catharines facility, with responsibility for our 2nd manufacturing facility about 2 hours away.

This is a great opportunity to lead quality across two sites while keeping your skills sharp in a hands-on environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead QA at St. Catharines Site: Own and maintain our HACCP plan, GMP protocols, and food safety systems. Conduct internal audits and inspections.
- Support 2nd Facility: Provide regular on-site visits and remote oversight.
- Be On the Floor: Perform in-process quality checks, product inspections, and verifications. You’ll set the standard for quality, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our team.
- Drive Corrective Action: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective, lasting solutions.
- Keep Quality Records: Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all QA activities, using metrics to drive performance and support continuous improvement.

**What We're Looking For**
- QA Experience: Hands-on quality assurance experience in a food manufacturing setting is essential
- Food Safety Knowledge: HACCP certification required. Familiarity with GMPs, sanitation practices, and safety standards in food processing.
- Independent & Reliable: You’re comfortable operating autonomously, managing your own time, and taking ownership of a full QA program.
- Ready to Grow: You have the experience to lead now, and the potential to grow into a broader QA leadership role as we expand to our planned 3rd facility.
- Team-Minded: You value relationships, support your colleagues, and communicate positively
