**The Opportunity**
OpenText is seeking a full-time Contracts Administrator to support the off-Cloud Renewals organization. The role includes maintaining a database of terms and conditions for public sector, government and regulated bodies, and ensuring such terms and conditions are properly incorporated into Renewal quotations. This position, in conjunction with the Legal Department, supports the quoting function of the Renewals teams, and requires an organized and articulate individual who exhibits a strong attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain database of active terms and conditions/framework agreements for public sector organizations, provide Renewals teams with appropriate language to refer to the applicable terms and conditions on end customer Renewal quotes, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met;
- Process customer requests for OT to sign quotations, order forms and any other accompanying documentation, ensuring appropriate checks are carried out and all necessary approvals obtained;
- Attend customer calls in support of Renewals team, to address any queries with terms and conditions;
- Regular check-in with Legal Department to ensure database of terms and conditions is updated real-time, including eligible products and service levels under individual framework agreements;
- Identifying and executing on opportunities to streamline & improve existing off-cloud Renewals practices for the relevant customer base;
- Assist with special projects and team/departmental initiatives.

**What it takes**:

- Prior experience dealing with public sector, government and regulated bodies, specifically standard terms and conditions required by such organizations (eg: US GOV CUI, NIST etc), plus familiarity with how to correctly reference such terms and conditions on binding Renewals quotations;
- General business acumen, preferably within the software industry or related field;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills along with analytical and problem-solving abilities are imperative;
- Extremely detailed/accuracy oriented;
- Ability to multi-task effectively, and react real-time to business needs;
- Communicate and work well in a team environment and with existing clients including excellent verbal and written communications;
- Able to adapt to changing and fast paced conditions to ensure continued alignment with business requirements;
- Willingness to take on challenges and new objectives;
- Ability to identify issues and determine when escalation to management is required;
- Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company including executive management;
- Strong capabilities and expertise in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Proven ability to work under pressure in order to meet frequent deadlines;
- Experience with business deal risk analysis and revenue recognition concepts
