Hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You Will Do
- Deliver best-in-class service to customers
- Perform high quality repairs to Milwaukee tools
- Follow standardized repair process
- Prioritize in-branch repairs
- Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements
- Meet productivity targets
- Continuously develop and maintain strong product knowledge
- Overtime can be expected during busy periods
