**Key Areas of Accountability**
**General Administration**
- Coordinating various task including errands, ordering and assisting with inventory counts and pick ups
- Coordination, programming and support of point of sale systems, reservations & waitlist systems inventory systems and communications & scheduling systems.
- Maintaining compliance and policy management - Labour standards, Liquor control, Health and Safety standards and all government regulations.
- Coordination & control with inventory management systems and management of costs of goods
- Assisting in accurate accounting including tips, petty cash, credit card & receipt management
**Hospitality Systems**
- Leading by example to provide direction in core values, vision and company standards. Fostering positive company culture, open communication and a respectful team dynamic.
- Support in recruiting, hiring, orientation, onboarding, training, development, retention, payroll & tips and ongoing coaching and check-ins with team members. Maintaining and developing manuals, materials, employee files and documentation.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold landscape & building maintenance, coordinating repairs and maintenance.
**Project & Event Management**
- Collaboration with marketing and promotions plans. Continued ideas about different forms of advertising, marketing and driving revenue.
- Participation in events, and building community & stakeholder relationships.
- Taking the lead on new Hospitality initiatives with hospitality offereings including food & beverage experiences, coordination and implementation of them

This full time role will be directly responsible for project management, operations & administration, systems and ideally hospitality. They ensure professional presentation, leading by example and establishing clarity of expectations, creating a culture of accountability and achievement. As a leader, this role will maintain business operations by upholding Amici Wine Bar processes and policies, help provide day-to-day solutions, facilitate and provide resources supporting the growth and development of the company.

Amici (Italian for 'friends') Wine Bar is a new hospitality experience, just opened in Downtown Abby. Inspired by Italy's connection to local agriculture, this modern Italian concept will connect to our unique food in the Fraser Valley, paired with a curated selection of Italian and BC wines, quality cocktails and fine selection of BC craft beers. The food menu will feature a unique twist on classic recipes, designed for any occasion - family-style dinners, date nights or just a casual bite to eat or drink with 'friends'. _Salute_

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
