We are seeking highly motivated and dependable individuals to join our security team as **Tactical Static Security Agent**. This is a critical, boots-on-the-ground position responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and the general public. This position is ideal for individuals with the aspiration for a law enforcement career or public safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct proactive **foot patrols** of designated areas to deter and detect suspicious activity
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with property managers, employees, and visitors
- Enforce site policies and regulations with professionalism and authority
- Perform **loss prevention** duties, including monitoring and reporting theft, vandalism, and safety violations
- Investigate and report security breaches, disturbances, and potential hazards
- Execute **hands-on removals** of individuals when necessary, using approved and lawful techniques or conduct arrests in accordance with the law and company protocols when necessary
- Maintain **detailed digital reports** of daily activities, incidents, and interactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with a calm and tactical approach
- De-escalate conflicts and manage confrontational situations professionally
- Issue verbal warnings, trespass notices, or coordinate with police for enforcement actions when necessary
- Act as a visible security presence to deter criminal activity and provide reassurance to clients and the public

**Qualifications**:

- Previous security, law enforcement, or military experience is an asset
- Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - level 5 required
- Physical ability to perform foot patrols and handle confrontational situations
- Valid Alberta security license (as per provincial regulations)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- CTSS/ PPCT an asset
- Valid First Aid required
