Mobile / Tactical Security Agent

IMPACT SECURITY GROUP is currently recruiting licensed Mobile security Agents to work in Winnipeg MB and it's surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will vary depending on site posted and may include but not limited too access control, camera monitoring, report taking and writing, patrolling, detecting theft, retrieval of stolen goods etc.
(must be able to use digital software)

Mobile / Tactical Security Agent : $16.75-19/hour start

**Salary**: $16.75- 19$

Mobile Officer Job Duties:

- Patrolling in a variety of settings
- Performing lockups and unlocks
- Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
- Deterring and responding to incidents on the property
- Responding to various types of emergencies including alarms response
- Completion of Incident Reports and critiquing of security personnel Incident Reports in a timely manner
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure patrol vehicle is maintained.
- Report all deficiencies in a timely matter to management

Tactical Officer Job Duties:

- Maintaining safe and secure environment for customers and employees
- Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures
- Complete incident reports and required documentation for all security incident
- Ability to stand or foot patrol for 8 -12 hours
- Ability to escort trespassers away from client premises
- Defuse potentially volatile situations and intervene when necessary
- Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
- Report emergency situations to law enforcement as needed
- Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and patrons
- Document all incidents
- Respond well to emergency situations

Supervisory Skills:

- Must have a high level of experience in dealing with various levels of individuals within the organization and be able to adapt to the various levels of communication required with each group.
- Must possess the ability to discuss both positive and negative situations with those individuals in such a manner as to ensure that the necessary goal is achieved with a positive result.
- Must be able to mediate situations between security officers, communications officers, field/mobile supervisors, Managers and Schedulers in a professional and unbiased manner.
- Must possess and display a willingness and ability to listen and understand all aspects of a situation in order to affect the appropriate resolution with a minimum of distress or conflict.
- Must be prepared to communicate with members of the Management Team in order to effectively deal with day-to-day situations, which may require management involvement.
