**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Effectively communicate with insurance companies
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on their vehicle progress.
- Keeping insurance companies informed with the repair status of vehicles.
- Scheduling in vehicles for production.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes.
- Upsell products or services such as getting prior damage repaired or optional ceramic coating packages.
- Demonstrating the ability to use a bodyshop management software and moving the vehicles in production along in real time throgh each department.
- Ordering and price matching parts as well as entering them in the system.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a bodyshop administrative role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Preferably have experience in Audatex/Mitchell Estimating software and have prior experience with a management system like Summit/Mitchell Repair Centre/Bodyshop Connect.
- Must be able to navigate through Car-Part and differentiate different models of parts like Halogen/Xenon/LED
- Preferably have understand the fundamentals of a vehicle and understand how to operate a vehicle and be able to differentiate parts like fenders, doors, quarter panels ECT.

Pay: $16.55-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
