**About the job**

We are looking for a marketing expert with a keen knowledge of brand positioning and messaging skills to lead a number of accounts, primarily within B2B and premium-value Consumer Services.

You will be a vital member of the REX team, working with values-driven clients (founders and leaders) to launch brand, marketing, and communications strategies. You will have the opportunity to grow your career working with an award-winning team in an enthusiastic and fun environment.

**Your Role**

Every day, you’ll be making your mark on the fabric of values-driven brands, from their core strategy through to creative execution and marcomms.
- Lead an exceptional client experience and long-term partnerships
- Build brand strategies for differentiation, positioning, and culture that move people and drive client progress and performance
- Lead creative teams to develop award-winning branding, visual identities, and creative campaigns
- Develop robust customer journeys and marketing ecosystems that carry the brand voice while effectively reaching engagement goals
- Lead a cross-functional team of marketing specialists and manage the brand voice and strategy across creative, tactics, and communications
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients and projects
- Work with agency teams to develop new business
- Seek opportunities for awards that amplify REX, our Clients, and your portfolio
- Contribute to team performance by training team, sharing insights, and improving processes
- Contribute to team success through alignment with our inclusive and compassionate culture

**What You’ll Bring**
- 3-5 years of marketing experience at an agency (Communications or Marketing)
- A proven track record in account and project management, able to coordinate teams and tasks, manage priorities, and balance deadline-driven workload with accuracy
- Keen knowledge of brand positioning and exceptional creative messaging skills
- Confidence with clients, leading discoveries, providing compelling insights, presenting, and building relationships
- Acute attention to detail, taking pride in high-quality, client-ready work
- Exceptional writing skills - able to deliver a clear and concise pitch, brief, or rationale with impact
- You enjoy working with a team and lifting others up through acknowledgment and training
- Contagious energy - you naturally rise to a leadership position in any room
- Excellent interpersonal skills, contributing to an inclusive high-performing team environment

**What We Offer**:

- Salary based on experience level
- Annual bonus calculated as a percentage of total compensation, based on business’ performance

**Start Date**: Immediate.

**Location**:
This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home and select days in our Coquitlam office located less than 500 meters from the Skytrain station (Millennium Line). We are moving west to Suter Brook Village Port Moody in January, also located 500 meters from a Skytrain station.
