**Qualifications**:
**Arborist Apprentice**:

- Entry-level to 1-2 years arboriculture experience
- G driver’s license in good standing (D/Z license a plus)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
- Motivated, punctual, and a team player

**Experienced Arborist**:

- 2-3+ years hands-on arboriculture experience
- Skilled in tree pruning, removal, planting, and health assessments
- AR/DZ license required
- Comfortable with climbing, rigging, and bucket truck operation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead small teams

**Key Responsibilities (Based on Role & Experience)**:

- Tree climbing and rigging
- Pruning, removal, and stump grinding
- Tree health assessments and soil analysis
- Tree planting and hedge trimming
- Bucket truck and chipper operation
- Structural support installation and fertilization
- Customer interaction and job site communication
- Equipment maintenance and safe operation
- Site clean-up and yard/shop duties
