**Your role on our Team**:
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for providing superior customer service for new Homeowners and ensures the administration complies with the Tarion Home warranty program and Minto specifications.
**In this role, you will**:

- Assist team with file preparation when time permits
- Updates, tracks, controls and maintain organized customer care documents and files;
- Prepares new Homeowner Tarion Information Packages and certificates for the Inspectors to distribute to Homeowners at customer PDI’s;
- Coordinates repair appointments and “work days” for customer care, trade partners and Homeowners;
- Supports and assists Inspectors with administrative tasks;
- Responds and assist in resolving all after sales complaints;
- Reviews and tracks trends in quality control issues and escalate where necessary;
- Responds and follows up on all emergency calls during regular business hours;
- Assists Coordinator with scheduling all repairs in the Warranty office when needed;
- Orders and maintains all information, supplies and hydrometers needed for new Homeowners package;
- Organizes keys once a home is closed to be sent to the Lawyers office for the new Homeowner;
- Processes customer care work orders as required;
- Improve CSAT
- WOW the home owner with every interaction, with exceptional customer service
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.*We would like you to have:

- A High School Diploma is required; a College Diploma is an asset.
- A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of relevant work experience in customer service.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook
- Knowledge of 4D is an asset
- Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
