**What you'll do**:
- Process warranty claims and manage documentation.
- Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers for warranty issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all claims.
- Maintain records of warranty policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Provide support to our service team with warranty-related inquiries.
**What we're looking for**:
- Previous experience in warranty administration or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office or warranty management systems.
- A problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
