**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical research studies from initiation to completion.
- Ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Collect, manage, and analyze data throughout the research process.
- Supervise research staff and provide training on study protocols and procedures.
- Conduct patient assessments, including obtaining informed consent and performing phlebotomy as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of study activities, including patient recruitment, data collection, and reporting.
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate study progress.
- Monitor patient safety and report any adverse events in accordance with regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field; relevant experience in clinical research is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial processes.
- Proficiency in data management systems and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Experience in supervising staff or leading teams is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including patients, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., ACRP or SOCRA) is desirable but not required.
