**Career opportunity**:
**You will be responsible for**:

- Enhance advisor’s effectiveness by providing information management support;
- Greet visitors, clients, and prospective clients in a friendly and professional manner;
- Handle incoming telephone calls, sort, and distribute the mail;
- General clerical and administrative duties: Data entry, filing and any other assigned administrative duties/projects;
- Coordinate the assembly and mailing of client paperwork;
- Order and handle office supplies, coordinate vendors;
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements;
- Organize and coordinate all conference calls and webinars;
- Manage the Advisors’ calendars: Schedule meetings, allocate sufficient preparation time for meetings, recognize and anticipate changes, resolve schedule conflicts;
- Bank deposits to nearby bank.
- Minimum of 2-years experience as an Administrative Assistant is essential;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong work ethic with a team-first mindset and proven ability to work independently;
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and results oriented;
- Superior customer service skills and exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up effectively;
- Proven ability to work in a professional team environment;
- Takes initiative and identifies opportunities to add value;
- Experience working with a Securities Brokerage firm an asset.

**Salary Range**:$50,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).
