We are seeking a dedicated Telemarketer to join our team at No Problem Movers in the Greater Toronto Area. In this role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional customer service by engaging potential clients through effective communication and outreach strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our moving services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on telemarketing performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus.
- Knowledge of the moving industry is an advantage but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
