**Outbound Sales Representative - Call Centre | Telemarketing (Part-Time)**

**Pay**: CA$20.00 per hour

**About the Role**

North American Business Advisors is hiring a part-time Outbound Sales Representative - Call Centre | Telemarketing to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone with a professional phone presence, a strong command of the English language, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a positive, enthusiastic, and motivated team-oriented attitude.

This role is ideal for someone looking to earn extra income while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

**Job Details**
- **Part-time**: 16 to 20 hours per week
- **Schedule**: Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am - 1:30 pm or 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- **Location**: 10 Kingsbridge Garden Circle, Suite 200, Mississauga, ON L5R 3K6
- **Remote work**: Available as a performance-based benefit

**Compensation**:

- CA$20.00 per hour
- Performance bonus opportunities
- Work-from-home days based on individual performance

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM software
- Follow up with interested prospects as needed to nurture leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and team goals

**Qualifications**

**Skills**:

- Excellent spoken English with a strong command of the language and professional articulation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software (an asset, but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Attitude**:

- Enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn and contribute
- Positive, respectful, and professional approach

**Experience**:

- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is an asset
- Customer service experience is also a plus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
