V.i.e. Innovation Product Owner-

**Responsibilities**:

The V.I.E. will work as part of the “Canada Innovation” team. It is an innovation lab (or incubator) with the objective of leading the regional community Inno'Sens, creating POCs (Proof Of Concepts) and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products) for various bank players when applicable.

Canada Innovation has a wide range of expertise, including automation, process improvement, advisory and software development. Its mission is to deliver solutions with a reduced time to market, while using modern technologies and processes to be scalable and sustainable and being in touch with the American eco-system (startups, fintech, etc.).

With the support of the SG MSC teams, the V.I.E. Innovation Product Owner will be in charge of:

- Conduct and participate in Inno’Sens community activities (coordination, training, presentation, technology watch, etc.)
- Prioritize and coordinate the different milestones of the project lifecycle
- Collaborate, gather the needs of partner teams for new needs and functionalities to be implemented
- Contribute to the relationship between the ecosystem and the organization for events, initiatives and new trends

- Agile/Scrum method: PO and sponsors are caring, competent and demanding

Please note that for the missions outside the European countries, a VISA is necessary. Please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure. Otherwise, we strongly advise you to launch asap the renewal of your passport.

**Profile required**:
Studies & experience:

- Graduate with a Master degree from a Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in IT/IT Project Management
- A previous experience in IT project management (Agile/Scrum) or as an Product Owner (PO) would be appreciated

Language skills:

- Fluent in English and in French (B2-C1)

Technical, operational & soft skills:

- Good knowledge in Web development languages (Java, ReactJS, Python, SQL,...)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong interest and at least one experience in AI (ML, GenAI, DeepLearning,...)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good analytical/problem-solving skills (Design Thinking)
- Very strong autonomy, time management and ownership of his work
- Good leadership skills, adaptability and task prioritization in a dynamic environment
