**Job summary**:
While respecting the company culture, the incumbent works closely with support teams, the trainers and technical specialists to write all type of technical documentation, in particular the online publications, work instruction, procedure, operation manual, press releases, newsletter etc. He will also be able to work with the translation resources, for multilingual documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of technical writing processes
- Implement tools to increase team efficiency in documentation management
- Writing technical communication in collaboration with technical staff
- Collaborate with publishing resources, translation and marketing for publication

**Skills sought**:

- Professional writing certificate (is an asset)
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite software
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French)

**Required quality's**:

- Excellent ability to popularize
- Capacity for synthesis and excellent analytic skills
- Attention to detail, resourceful and able to take initiative.
- Customer service skills and internal/external communication
- Sense of priorities;
- Interest in integrating automation and artificiel intelligence (AI);
