Gear up for more of the animated Sesame Street spin-off Mecha Builders Cookie Monster, Elmo and Abby Cadabby are robot heroes-in-training who use their STEM superpowers to solve wacky larger-than-life problems

Help us bring this show to life as our new **3D Layout and Previz Supervisor**

**Responsib**ilities**:

- Assign, supervise, review and revise the work of the previz and layout teams
- Implements recommendations with expertise both technically and artistically for the completion of the project
- Oversee shot creation, storytelling, composition, staging and initial camera set-up
- Attend and actively participate in production meetings and director reviews
- Accountable for on time, flawless execution and delivery of up to date previz and layouts throughout production
- Work with directors, asset and animation teams to reach the intended look of the show.
- Maintain and manage the Reuse library
- Help define/redefine the previz and layout pipeline for the show/studio
- Help develop new and existing tools, software and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2+ years of experience as a lead/ supervisor
- Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Animation, or Fine Arts recommended, though not required.
- 3D software knowledge in an industry standard package
- Portfolio demonstrating an excellent understanding of composition, staging, and cinematography
- Experience as an animator is considered a major asset
- Design, photography, and architecture abilities are also considered major assets.
- Strong knowledge of Maya, including constraints
- Excellent sense of composition and perspective
- Strong creative problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of the possibilities and limitations of CG animation
- Able to work and communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
