**What Will You Do?**
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of exterior cladding materials, including metal panels, fiber cement and composite systems on high-rise buildings.
- Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and installation instructions to ensure precise execution of cladding systems.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all materials and workmanship meet company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper use of boom lifts, swing stages, scaffolding, harnesses, and other fall protection equipment.
- Perform regular inspections to identify and resolve potential issues with cladding systems.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
- Communicate with Production manager and Project managers for site input and final measuring and progress reporting.
- Document work progress and report any challenges or incidents to supervisors promptly.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven experience working with exterior cladding systems on high-rise buildings.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques for various cladding materials.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures for working at heights.
- Understand the requirements and limitations of various types of access equipment.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in challenging conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications (Swing stage operators, scaffold safety, rigging) preferred.
