*Job Summary*

This position would mainly be from our head office in Sherwood Park, but travel to sites will also be required as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage tasks and projects using software and communication with managers and staff.
- Coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Along with management, prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure cost control and profitability.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and handling correspondence.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain service quality and cost efficiency.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and customer retention programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Certificate or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of [2] years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Experience and willingness to utilize AI as a productivity tool.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
