Operations Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Administrative Duties**:
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily operations, manage schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain office supplies.
- **Record Keeping**: Ensure accurate records and databases related to museum operations are maintained.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for management and the board.
- **Event Coordination**:
- **Planning and Execution**: Assist in organizing museum events such as exhibitions, community outreach programs, and special functions.
- **Logistics**: Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, vendor management, and providing on-site support during events.
- **Marketing and Communications**:
- **Content Management**: Manage and update the museum’s website and social media platforms to promote upcoming events and activities.
- **Communications**: Draft newsletters and other promotional materials for museum events and programs.
- **Sponsorship Support**:
- **Research and Outreach**: Assist in identifying potential sponsors, maintaining relationships with existing sponsors, and conducting research on sponsorship opportunities.
- **Proposal Support**: Help prepare and present sponsorship proposals and packages to potential sponsors.
- **Event Acknowledgment**: Coordinate sponsor-related events, ensuring sponsors receive recognition as per sponsorship agreements.
- **Donor Recognition and Stewardship**:
- **Acknowledgment**: Assist in managing donor recognition and delivering benefits as outlined in sponsorship agreements.
- **Financial and Budget Oversight**:
- **Tracking**: Monitor and track administrative expenses and sponsorship revenue.
- **Budget Assistance**: Support financial planning and budgeting related to administrative and sponsorship activities.
- **Compliance**:
- **Regulatory Adherence**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and museum policies for all administrative and sponsorship activities.

**Occasional evening and weekend work required for events**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
