**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work directly with Engineering, Production, H&S, and Customers on the seamless execution of landed projects.
- Ensure all work is completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Ensure all field crews have the equipment, materials, and appropriately-skilled personnel to complete the project
- Adhere to all project management policies and procedures
- Review projects with Project Coordinators, foremen and onsite crews
- Work with Field Services scheduler, purchasing etc. to resolve any with any anticipated staffing needs/changes and material purchases to avoid project delays.
- Responsible for quality control of all completed work both onsite and in-house.
- Gather all necessary project information and costs for the purposes of compiling and writing up change notices and out of scope work (extras).
- Work with purchaser, suppliers, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Work with TMG finance team to ensure all paperwork (customer files, job files and quotes) are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly production meetings.
- May prepare accurate job estimates as part of an assigned portfolio

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Relevant industry work experience
- Post-secondary education preferred with a background in mechanical design or engineering
- Relevant trade certification an asset
- PMP certification or desire to pursue
- First Aid trained
- Strong organizational, time and budget management skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD True View.
- Familiarity with ERP systems with preference for experience working with Microsoft NAV Dynamics
- Willing and able to travel to customer locations as needed
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
