Responsibilities:

- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records

- Verify data and correct any errors or inconsistencies

- Update and maintain spreadsheets and other data management tools

- Organize and file documents as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy

Skills:

- Proficient in data entry using Quickbooks for Accounting

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data

- Knowledge of project management

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Leadership skills to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
