**The Role (Inside Sales Coordinator)**

You will be the desk person who keeps our sales pipeline moving and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Support
- **Customer Service**_
- Provide fast, friendly updates
- Help customers with simple product questions
- Collect order details clearly
- Maintain a 5-star client experience
- **Admin / Organization**_
- Update our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Keep quotes, orders, and job details organized
- Maintain accurate customer notes
- Ensure follow-ups are done on time
- Simple production coordination for small jobs
- Handle small orders (Mini & Booster deals)
- Assist in preparing and sending quotes
- Call customers for updates, approvals, or payments
- Manage walk-ins (small orders)
- Support our senior sales team (no cold calling)
